e-rugby correspondents reporting LIVE from National University Hospital!
NTU/SRC winger (who runs faster than you can say his name) - Aminurashid has met with an unfortunate accident while riding his trademark scooter on the Pan-Island Expressway.

Our correspondents were on their way to their individual club trainings when they spotted the familiar little yellow Vespa on the road shoulder, next to a tow truck and traffic police.
With the support of our excellent field reporters, the correspondents were able to locate Aminurashid for an exclusive interview with e-rugby.

e-rugby: Care to give our readers a detailed description of what happened?

Amin...hid: Nothing la.. my rear tyre burst.. then wobble wobble then skidded. I thought piston jammed sial... clutched in.. no use..

e-rugby: So did the doctor find anything serious? fractures? concussion?

Amin...hid: Nothing much, just 8 stitches on the forehead..others just cuts and bruises.

e-rugby: we heard you had a pillon rider with you? may we know who?

Amin...hid: ermm.. ya.. shes fine though.. just cuts and bruises too...i got no other comments.

e-rugby: One last thing, so are you gonna play this coming saturday in the league game between Bedok Kings and SRC? even though not many NTU players will be available for the game?

e-rugby: Alrite man! you take care of yourself and thanks for the interview!

Amin...hid: ehh you guys want to see my stitches? i took photo when i was inside.

At press time, e-rugby was able to find out that the mysterious pillon rider was known as Ms Chan from NIE as well. Close sources said that the both of them are classmates. Our correspondents are working on a lead at the present moment.

Meanwhile e-rugby correspondents at Singapore General Hospital has updated that our star flanker/winger/scrumhalf - Awesome Kiat has successfully completed his knee operation at 1500hrs and is kept in the hospital for further observation before being allowed discharge tomorrow. A welfare team from NTU will also be paying Awesome a visit sometime this coming week.
