Bryan Boy YIK had 'personal reasons' for his no-show before wednesday's intensive training at the NTU SRC field.

YIK refused to conduct a post-training press conference last night but roomie Daniel 'Ah Huang' leapt to his defence this morning and revealed a statement is planned for later today, sparking a series of speculations.

Asked why YIK refused to speak to the press last night, Ah Huang told NTU Radio 69 Live:
"There were personal reasons."

"It's been a very pressurised week for Yikkie. Last year he rose to the occasion and showed tremendous leadership. What he needs now is all the support the team can provide." said AWESOME

"Yik has done an outstanding job for us. He is contracted with us until 2008 and is not under pressure from the team." said 'Potato King' Thiam
